According to the given details about the property including location, floor plan, or special request, we will provide an estimated cost.
On-Site Visit & Service agreement
Based on our assessment, we present a tailored staging concept that aligns with the property's style and your target buyer demographic. We issue service agreement and invoice and prepare for staging upon receipt of signed copy and deposit.
Staging & Removal
We deliver the furnitures and accessories to your property and stage it beautifully, and we will remove the staging before the house close.
